Interdisciplinary networking with the other mentees is an enormous benefit. We support this exchange with various formats:

Peer mentoring

The group of mentees is divided into small groups of four to five people to prepare for and follow up on the mentoring discussions. These meet regularly, e.g. every 4 weeks. In addition to the discussions with the mentor, other individual topics can be discussed.

Informal meetings

We encourage the respective year group to meet informally for networking without formal programme items. This takes the form of visits to the canteen, city tours or other joint activities.
