English for Engineering Students (L.ZfS.04030)

This project-based language course invites students to collaborate in teams, focusing on innovations that bring positive change to our world. You will work together to explore current technological challenges and develop innovative solutions that address real-world problems. The emphasis is on teamwork, creativity, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in English. Throughout the project, you will exchange ideas, discuss improvements, and refine your innovation together. Teamwork is at the core of this course. You will experience how to work effectively in a diverse group, balancing individual contributions and collective decision-making. Each team member will have the opportunity to lead aspects of the project, ensuring a well-rounded experience in both communication and problem-solving.

Upon completion of this course, you will have strengthened both your written and oral communication skills, expanded your technical vocabulary, and developed collaborative problem-solving abilities that will be useful in both your studies and professional life.

 

English Writing Skills for Engineering Students (L.ZfS.04032)

The main objective of this course is to specifically address the academic writing skills required by Engineering students. You will learn how to structure technical reports, present data effectively, and write clear, concise explanations of complex engineering concepts. The course will also help you develop a formal writing style appropriate for both academic and professional contexts.

 

English Oral Skills for Engineering Students (L.ZfS. 04031)

This course is designed to expand the English oral skills of Engineering students in various communicative situations, supporting both your studies and future professional life. Authentic podcasts, texts, and videos will provide the basis for storytelling, vocabulary development, and debating skills. In addition to group and pair work, the course will incorporate discussions, problem-solving activities, and case studies to encourage interaction and critical thinking in the target language. You'll have the opportunity to engage in real-world scenarios, fostering effective communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
